Satisfaction of your purchase, or your purchase price refunded on new (unused) items.  I'm happy to do repairs or alterations for cost of time.  Find a design flaw on my pocket?  I'll fix new pockets with problems for free (you just pay your shipping, pending my inspection.)  Repairs due to wear pay time and materials.
